1. Go braless

It takes a bit of courage to go out braless. But if you're up for it, don't think about it twice. If your dress is loose and allows you to walk and sit comfortably without anybody knowing that you are not wearing a bra, try this hack. Its definitely worth it and will save you from a lot of hassle and discomfort.

2. Wear nipple covers

For girls who don't mind a little less support, nipple pasties are your best friend. They are easily to work with, some even stay the whole night and you don't have to worry about your girls popping out in the cold.

This is one of the best strapless dress hacks. And while they are great for somebody with smaller boobs, they might not be as comfortable for those with heavy breasts.

3. Wear stick-on bras

Similar to the nipple pasties, a stick-on bra (as the name suggests) is an adhesive undergarment without the straps. Some even come with a tightening lace and can give your breast shape and hold them in place.

And even though they may not be very comfortable (like the pasties), they do their job well, especially if you a backless dress situation.

4. Try dresses with sewed on cups

For those who maybe really unsure about a stick-on bra or nipple pasties, the sewed cup dress should be your go to. Many strapless dresses are made with cups so you don't have to worry about wearing anything underneath it.

You can even make this yourself by sewing cups inside your dress, using either an old push-up bra whose cups you can cut out. Or, better yet you can buy new individual cups and sew them inside the dress. This is a great option if you have a heavy bust.

5. Put on a statement bra

Sometimes there just isn't the right strapless bra or you may not have one at all. In that case, you can put on a fancy bra that you don't mind flaunting. In fact, in many dresses a fancy contrasting strap makes it even more appealing.

And hey! If Carrie Bradshaw could do it, why can't you?

6. Try a designer bralette

Another strapless dress hack is to don a fancy delicate bralette underneath. You can either choose to flaunt a more subtle bralette or go for something bold, the choice of fabric is upto you.

Several strapless dresses have a sweetheart neckline and a bralette looks quite good underneath. However, don't expect just the bralette to shine because half of it will get covered by your dress.

7. Keep a lace bandeau handy

Several lingerie brands are now selling lace bandeau that go perfectly with any strapless dress. You should keep one handy as well. Technically, it is a strapless bra, but it is a lot more comfortable, chic and relaxed.

You won't feel claustrophobic in your lace bandeau as much as you would in a tight strapless bra.

8. Team a shirt with your dress

When all else fails, there's always the shirt. If you want to wear that strapless dress but don't want to wear a flimsy strapless bra, a shirt could come in handy.

Tuck them well inside your strapless dress and you have a colonial style dress all ready to be taken out. This style may not be for everybody, but if you are one for experiments, this is your jam.

9. Opt for dresses with support

Corset-style strapless dresses can also work really well if you are fond of showing off your gorgeous collar bone and slender arms. Or if you just like wearing a strapless dress.

These dresses essentially keep your girls in place. And, even though they are a bit constrictive, they given you shape and curves. And let's be honest, which Asian girl doesn't love her curves.
