Let's start this list of nightspots in Singapore with a bang, shall we? This nightclub is where you go if you want to party like a celebrity.

Dress in your most impressive bar garb that you're confident to dance in because whether you like it or not, you WILL dance in this bar and get a taste of the occasional pillow fight.

The acoustics here is topnotch, with DJs from all over the world spinning beats that range from nu disco to deep house, and of course, hip-hop.

Cé La Vi’s was included in DJMag’s Top 100 Clubs of 2016 list, so you know it's one of the best bars out there.

We're guessing it is because it's right on top of Marina Bay Sands, so it literally gives you a 360-degree view of The Lion City. Just make sure you're dressed to the nines if you're going here 'cause you might just be partying with expats, owners, VPs, and celebrities of Singapore.

3. Kilo Lounge

This place is pretty difficult to find, behind a graffiti-covered back alley, but it's all worth the effort in the end. If you consider yourself a hipster, or just basically someone who wants a different crowd who enjoys hip-hop, techno, reggae or dub music, this is your hotspot.

However, the best thing about this place is the after-club-hours food stand, Kilo Merienda, so you can grab a bite before you pass out (or the morning after you pass out, it's a free country.)

4. Lulu’s Lounge

Lulu doesn't really own this lounge, it's just named after her, but no one really knows her because she's not real. Ha! This is for the crowd that wants a taste of 1960's New York backstreet club where Jazz reigned supreme.

They have burlesque star guests, acoustic nights, and retro DJ performances from world-recognised artists. Pucker up because it's going to be a flirty and naught night or partying ahead.

5. Peaches

We swear the LGBT community is the best group of partygoers in town. If you want to experience that, this is the nightspot to head to. The interiors have a RuPaul Dragrace vibe--neon signs everywhere and a retro flavour.

The blast EDM, classic pop tunes to old school R&B anthems. If you're lucky, you might even witness a drag queen performance and live set. Just be ready to get peachy.

If you're after LGBT-friendly nightspots in Singapore, this is the place to be--particularly if you're a fan of Drag shows.

The show's called Riot! and it takes place every second Saturday of the month at TAB. This is where you go to if you're craving for a live show of fierceness, eleganza, and one heck of a good laugh.

Enjoy the performances of drag queens over friends, drinks, and finger food 'cause you're guaranteed to have a night to remember.

7. Tanjong Beach Club

Beach babes and beach bums, this one's for you. Of course, we had to include a beach club, and on sunny Sentosa too! They say it's "the ultimate getaways on Singapore's best strip of sand."

On Sundays' they have "Smack My Beach Up" raves so good you wouldn't mind getting sand on your butt for. They also host full moon parties if you're game for a brawl with booze.

PS. Since this is a beach club, ditch the heels, and just wear cute beachwear and sandals.

Ah yes, this is the place to be if you're a cool kid looking for a swanky place to for a classy bar chow and drinks.

It's a watering hole that offers five takes on the mojito plus a wide spectrum of whiskeys to keep you company for the night. The interior is a mixture of styles, but that's where it gets its charm.

11. Potato Head Folk

If you're familiar with Potato Head in Bali, Indonesia, then you'll love this nightspot in Singapore because it's built by the same people. This one's special because it's smack right inside an iconic heritage building in Chinatown.

Honestly, it's one of the coolest bars in Singapore. It houses Three Buns Burgers & Cocktails, Studio 1939 cocktail bar, and one of the most tropical rooftop bars in Singapore.

Now that you have this list of nightspots in Singapore, which one are you itching to go to first? Or maybe, a good night of bar hopping would do?

It's best to experience this list with a group of friends ready to rally it out with you. No sleepyheads and killjoys allowed! And oh, please don't drink and drive.
