Day 2: Shop and hike in Kowloon

Take a hike and experience Hong Kong at the top of the world by engaging on a Hike Lion Rock adventure. It has one of best views of the city!

  • Shop: After you climb, be sure to visit lively Mong Kok and check out the Ladies Market. The Ladies Market offers a variety of goods from clothing to souvenirs at an affordable price. Choose from over 100 shops! How exciting is that?
  • Dine: While you are there at Mong Kok, be sure to drop by Yum Cha for a taste of classic Hong Kong dishes with a modern flair. The fusion of the old and the new is also reflected on the interior of the place, mixing a chic gold and gray palette with traditional Hong Kong décor like bird cages.   • Shop: Though Lamma Island is more of a sightseeing and cultural destination, there’s still plenty to buy here. It’s full of finds you won’t find anywhere else like souvenirs for instance. There are also fish markets as well. Lolo Shop, located at Sok Kwu Wan, is the place to be for unique finds on bags and accessories. Also in Sok Kwu Wan, you can buy dried sea food like salted fish and dried shrimp.
  • Dine: Formerly known as Lamma Seafood Restaurant, Lamma Rainbow Dinner emphasizes on sharing the Lamma culture as well as serving delicious fresh seafood. Be sure to try their pepper-centric Spicy Prawns in Dual Style. Another must-try dish is the Symphony of Vegetables featuring expensive ingredients such as morel mushrooms and vegetarian abalone.
  • Selfie: Hung Shing Yeh Beach’s fine sand and clear water and Yung Shue Wan Ferry Pier’s picturesque view of water and boats, are perfect for selfies and landscape shots.
