It's Official: BlackPink Will Be The First Female K-Pop Act To Perform At Coachella

So Coachella just announced their 2019 lineup, and as per tradition, the internet is shookt over the festival's acts. Childish Gambino is headlining the first day, followed by Tame Impala on the second, then Ariana Grande on the final day. But that's not why we're freaking out — K-pop act Blackpink will be performing at Coachella, and that's a huge deal. Read on to learn more about Blackpink at Coachella.

Blackpink will be the first female K-pop act to perform at the popular music festival. (The first K-pop act to perform at Coachella was Epik High, who performed at the festival in 2016.) Also performing in this year's festival is K-pop act Hyukoh.
