Beyoncé Pays Homage To Another Queen With Her On-Point Toni Braxton Costume
Year after year, we're blown away by Beyonce's Halloween costumes, and this year, Queen Bey didn't disappoint. Yesterday, she revealed her Halloween costume on Instagram, posting photos of herself dressed as the iconic Toni Braxton.
"Sending love and adoration to one of our talented legends," she wrote in the caption. "Thank you for the countless bops. Your tone, your beauty, your range and your God-given talent is treasured. Loving you always. Have a Happy Halloween my Kings and Queens."
Who knew Halloween could be so heartfelt? In the post, Beyoncé rocked a pixie cut with a white tank top, a black leather jacket, and gold earrings and copied Braxton's pose in the cover for her 1993 single "Another Sad Love Song". She also posted the original photo so we could all admire her attention to detail.
Beyonce's Halloween Costumes: Queens Stanning Queens
This isn't the first time that Beyoncé chose to honour legendary musicians during Halloween. Back in 2016, she dressed up as Salt-N-Pepa with Blue Ivy and her mother Tina Knowles.
Her stylist Zerina Akers posted outfit details on her Instagram:

In 2017, she paid tribute to Lil' Kim in multiple outfits. "Hip Hop would not be the same without our original Queen B," a banner on Beyonce's official website read.
We love it when queens support queens!
